I take this kind of questions often. Instant Lyrics only controls the Music Player in your device. It does not have a custom playlist. When you click Next Song button, the next song in the current playlist will be played. Moreover, If you select shuffle button in the music player, the next random song in the playlist will be played. So, this feature is already supported, just select from your music player."Love the app! Is there any way you can add a shuffle button? Keep up the great work!" from Susan Sanders.
On the other hand, I have an idea to add extra features but due to main reason of the app I want to keep things simple and clean. May be, in the future, it may have a gesture mechanism to activate this kind of features. But, it is still in a thinking phase.
